Four years in the same corner of the market
I'm Md. Rafikul Islam Khan, and for the last four-plus years I've worked almost exclusively with UK service businesses — aesthetic and beauty clinics, dental practices, electricians and other trades. Not e-commerce, not SaaS, not everything for everyone.
That focus matters more than it sounds. I already know that a clinic's summer enquiry dip is normal, that "emergency electrician" traffic converts on the phone and not on a form, and which Google Ads search terms drain budget in a UK local campaign before you've had a single call. Nobody has to learn your market on your money.
How I work
I keep a small client list on purpose. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call, then an audit and a 90-day plan with clear priorities. Work ships in order of likely impact — technical fixes and tracking before content, campaigns before scale.
You'll get plain-English reporting focused on enquiries, not vanity metrics, plus a regular call with me to talk through what changed and what's next. If something isn't working, I'll tell you before you have to ask.
What I won't do
I don't guarantee rankings, buy spammy links, lock you into long contracts, or take on two directly competing businesses in the same town. I also won't sell you SEO when Google Ads is the honest answer for where your business is right now.
